Each Grand Division's schedule (local time):

First day: 10am to 5pm

Second day: 10am to 5pm

Third day: 10am to 3pm

You'll write and write and write!

With a professional, published author.

With a special guest or two.

With your peers.

A chance to play with genres: poetry, fiction, and beyond.

No previous creative writing workshop experience necessary at all.

Your curiosity and excitement are all that we ask you to bring.

The maximum number of students to teacher ratio at the workshop is 12:1.

This ensures that all students receive personal attention and instruction from the Workshop’s faculty and staff.

With incredible support from the National Endowment for the Humanities, the Tennessee Arts Commission and individual donors, this year's workshop fee is $0 per student. This includes all class materials, lunch, t-shirt, and class instruction.
